
So. Today at work, "The Others" starring Nicole Kidman was on Bravo. It wasn't a scary movie per se, but there was one thing that creeped me out. It was the post mortem photography book that she unearthed in one scene. I didn't think that it was something that was normally done, so, silly me, I googled it. Suffice to say, I think I might have nightmares tonight. The worst ones were the 'eyes open' photographs. Dead eyes are one of the scariest things in the world. If you want to be creeped the fuck out, go google Victorian post mortem photographs. Don't say I didn't warn you though. Some people don't find it creepy. I'm not one of them.
